What are your current delivery and despatch times?
Due to the digitalisation of our order processing and shipping systems, online orders are prioritised and benefit from faster processing and despatch. We recommend ordering through our online store to receive your trophies and awards as quickly as possible.
Current estimated Order Minimum Processing / Despatch Times:
Business working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all weekends and UK public holidays.

Have a future presentation date beyond our minimum processing times? Simply add your required date and any special instructions at checkout and we will schedule your order for timely despatch ahead of your event.
Our customer support team is available to assist with enquiries by phone or email and aims to respond as quickly as possible. During busy periods, response times may be slightly longer due to high enquiry volumes, but every message is carefully reviewed and answered.
How do I order trophies, awards, or medals online?
You can order most trophies, awards, and medals directly through our website for delivery or collection. Ordering online offers the quickest turnaround for engraved and personalised awards.
If you are ordering multiple trophies or medals of the same design and size with different engraving text, place your order online and email the engraving details to enquiries@trophymaster.co.uk.
Can I visit the TrophyMaster showroom?
Yes, our trophy showroom is open during the following hours:

We are closed on all UK public holidays.
Do you offer trophy and award delivery?
Yes. We offer reliable trophy and award delivery via Royal Mail & our carrier partner, DPD. At checkout, please provide a billing and delivery address, email address, and mobile phone number. Contact-free delivery or safe-place options are available with DPD.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. We offer a Click & Collect service from our West Bridgford showroom:

What safety measures are in place at TrophyMaster?
Face coverings are optional for showroom visitors. Access is limited to the showroom area only.
We accept debit and credit cards, PayPal, and BACS payments. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted.
