Current Delivery Times

Please allow a processing time of 9-10 working days for orders with engraved trophy plates.

Engraved Glass & Wooden Awards Timeline: Please allow a processing time of 10-11 working days. 

Colour Printed Awards Timeline: Please allow a processing time of 11-12 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and holiday closures.

If you have a presentation deadline, inform us during checkout along with any specific instructions, and we'll do our best to exceed your expectations. Our dedicated customer support team is at your service and strives to promptly respond to telephone and email inquiries, although, please bear in mind that we are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries, which may result in slightly delayed responses.

Effortless Online Ordering

For your convenience, nearly all trophies, awards, and medals can be effortlessly purchased online for either collection or swift delivery, offering you the swiftest turnaround time possible.

If you plan to personalize multiple trophies, medals or awards of the same design & size with different engraving text, consider saving time by emailing the details separately to us at after placing your online order. This avoids the need to type the engraving for individual items and adding them to your basket one by one.

Showroom Visits

Step into our inviting showroom during our opening hours, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9.30 am to 3.00 pm on Fridays, with the exception of UK national holidays.

Covid-19 Safety Measures

Your well-being is our top priority. While face coverings are optional for visitors at TrophyMaster premises, please note that we do not provide masks for visitors. For your safety, access is currently limited to our showroom only, with other areas, such as washrooms, being "off-limits" to visitors. We've adapted to the times and now accept payments via major debit/credit cards, PayPal, or BACS, while we no longer handle cash payments or cheques.

Order Processing and Hygiene

In light of the pandemic, we've heightened our hygiene standards across our warehouse and work facilities. You can trust us to maintain stringent cleanliness in areas where supplies enter our warehouse and where your parcels are collected by carriers, along with all other areas requiring manual handling of our products.

Convenient Delivery Options

TrophyMaster strives to make delivery hassle-free for you. At the checkout, provide the delivery address, recipient's email address, and mobile phone contact number, and we'll manage the rest. You can also request to have your order left in a safe place, even if a signature is typically required, as our delivery partners, DPD and Royal Mail, understand your need for reduced contact.

Collection from TrophyMaster

For those who prefer a hands-on approach, we offer a "click and collect" service from our West Bridgford location. Our collection times are from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9.30 am to 3.30 pm on Fridays. Enjoy free customer car parking available at our rear car park, accessible at the suspension bridge end of Welbeck Road (postcode NG2 7QW for satnav directions).
