For orders that include engraving on metal trophy plates and medals, please allow a processing time of 7 business working days

For orders that include engraving / etching directly on the surface of glass or wood, please allow a processing time of 8-9 business working days.

For colour printed awards, please allow 10 business working days.

Order processing timescales do vary according to the time of year. On occasion we may be unable to meet the above estimates, particularly if your engraving requirement is complex or during the busy period for awards, when many sports conclude their seasons and the academic year comes to a close in the period from April to July.

If you have a specific deadline, please don’t forget to add your presentation date together with any additional notes or requests in the special instructions section during checkout. We will always try our best to accommodate your requirement.

Standard delivery days (business working days) are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and National Holidays.

Collection

We offer an order collection service from our West Bridgford premises.

Collection Times are 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday; 9.30am to 3.00pm Friday.

Free Customer Car Parking is available.
