Delivery and Collection Options for TrophyMaster


Fast turnaround on personalised awards, normally within 5-7 days depending on the type and complexity of the engraving required. We always do our best to meet customer delivery requirements, even if they are more urgently required, but this may involve an additional charge. So please don’t forget to add your presentation date and any special instruction notes during checkout. Our customer service team remains active, responding to orders and emails.

Please note that additional time may be required as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic situation (Click here for FAQ's), or when more complex engraving and designs are required - such as text and logo etching directly onto Glass awards / gifts or for colour printing. We will be pleased to confirm delivery times for these items on request.

Delivery: We use both Royal Mail and DPD Local for UK deliveries depending upon the value of your order. For items that are needed quickly / urgently, we recommend that you upgrade to a parcel Carrier (DPD) delivery option at the checkout. DPD provide a next day delivery service (after the date of despatch), to most mainland UK addresses - once in receipt of your order, the intended or requested despatch date will be confirmed to you by email.

Please note:  The COVID-19 pandemic & lockdown has resulted in an unprecedented growth in online purchasing and use of carrier / mail delivery services. This is having an impact on the efficiency of all our delivery partners and from mid November 2020 we are expecting some postal and carrier delivery delays, which is outside of our control. Whilst we'll always do our best for you, we do ask for your patience at this very busy time for the delivery companies.

With parcel carrier deliveries, an email or text message is sent to you on the morning of your delivery, normally confirming a 1-2 hour delivery slot. If the delivery time is inconvenient, it's possible to select from a number of options to ensure your delivery doesn't fail.

USA and Canada Collection

We accept order collections from our West Bridgford premises. We have instituted a COVID-19 order collection system that observes social distancing guidelines. Collection Times: 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday; 10.00am to 3.00pm Friday. Free Customer Car Parking is available - Our rear car park is accessed from Welbeck Road.
