New Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQs

  Are you still open and delivering orders?
Yes, we’re open and taking orders. For the time being, it’s been necessary for us to close the TrophyMaster showroom for customer visits, but we are taking online orders at our website and email / telephone enquiries.

We want to be sure that we’re doing the right thing for our customers, staff and suppliers. So, at the moment our staff are either working remotely or are following government social distancing guidance together with extra hygiene practices in all areas of our offices, warehouse and engraving departments.

Are your delivery timescales currently affected?
At the moment, we're taking a little longer to process orders. You can expect your order to be despatched from TrophyMaster within 6-7 working days (Monday to Friday), but we’re still doing our very best to meet customer delivery requests, even if they are more time constrained. So please don’t forget to add your event date and any special instruction notes during checkout. Our customer service team remains active, responding to orders and emails, but at this difficult time it is sometimes hard to respond quickly to the increased number of telephone calls that we are receiving.

Order Processing?
We’re taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously and have expanded on the already high standards of hygiene within our warehouse and work facilities. We’re undertaking extra cleaning in areas where supplies enter our warehouse and where your parcels are taken by couriers, together with all other areas where manual handling of our products is needed.

Can you deliver to someone else?
Whether you are holding a virtual end of season presentation, online family quiz or want to say thank you with a trophy or gift, we'll package it safely and send it to the recipients door. Just tell us the delivery address that you need the parcel sending to at the checkout when you place your order and we’ll handle that for you.

Can my order be left in a safe place, even if I’m supposed to sign for it?
our delivery partners DPD and Royal Mail understand that our customers want to limit their contact with people that are not members of their household, including delivery drivers and postal workers. Wherever possible, your parcel can be left in a safe place of your choice.

For the time being, it’s been necessary for us to close the TrophyMaster showroom for customer ordering & trophy viewings, but we can still accept order collections from our 4 Wilford Lane, West Bridgford premises. We have instituted a COVID-19 order collection system that observes social distancing guidelines. Collection Times: 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday; 10.00am to 3.00pm Friday.
